Objectives

This training course was created to support youth workers in addressing the growing challenges of mental health and well-being among young people. Our main objective was to equip participants with innovative non-formal methods and tools and share our knowledge related to mindfulness, movement, music, and creative collaboration and reflection. These methods, if applied correctly, can foster resilience, emotional balance, and authentic self-expression, which are main pillars of a healthy mind. We also aimed to create an intercultural learning space where youth workers from 10 countries could share their expertise, exchange practices, build professional networks, and co-create new activities. By doing so, the project strengthened the capacity of youth organisations to support young people more effectively and promoted the European values of inclusion, diversity, and cooperation.
