The aim of our project is to create a youth, youth professional cooperation between Rzeszów, Szatmárnémeti and Nyíregyháza. As part of this initiative, with the cooperation of professionals and young people, we would like to assess what good youth practices, opportunities and problems exist in each locality, and we would create a kind of professional SWOT analysis. The aim of this process is to learn about the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the youth field and to be inspired to seek and share ideas. Based on the results, we plan to adopt, adapt and develop good youth practices that will help young people in all three settlements. The aim is to create a very strong and structured dialogue between all three cities in youth matters, and thereby create the basis for the creation of a joint professional consultation council.
