The aim of our “Direction – Success, but how?” competition was to ask young people living in the Great Plains for their opinions on career guidance services that affect them and their related needs. We summarized, collected and conveyed these to decision-makers, primarily civil sector participants, in order to develop the available non-profit services in the area. At the same time, we also built a network of civil leaders that continuously cooperates on the topic and builds on the results of the research in the long term.
