The aim of “From Conflict to Connection” is to support organisations that work with young people with methods and competences to solve conflicts within and outside of the organisation in order to foster a more inclusive and productive work environment. This will happen through training youth workers on the topic of nonviolent communication and creating tangible results that other organisations on the local and international levels will be able to use as well.
