Building Solid Roots has three objectives it wishes to achieve: 1. Introduce the organisation to Erasmus+ KA1 mobility programmes; 2. Increase the knowledge, skills and competency basis of the organisations core staff team in relation to social inclusion and rural community development; 3. Learn new approaches and methods of engagement to support the delivery of the organisations core programmes. The project seeks to achieve these through hosting experts, attending courses and job shadowing.
Meath Partnership have just entered a new stage of organisational development which correlates to the realisation of the new strategic plan and the implementation of the organisations two core programmes: SICAP and LEADER (2024-2028). With this comes the need to support the organisations staff members and provide CPD opportunities aligned to their practice. Building Solid Roots aims to strengthen the overall capacity of the organisation in order to offer high quality services to our learners.
