1. Exchange know how, tools and ways to support the literacy initiatives, via dialogue on effective methodologies, solutions and experiences. 2. Gain exposure to best practice in reducing the digital divide to enable continued engagement in social and democratic activities and to increase employability through upskilling. 3. Observe initiatives to reduce early school leaver statistics or support them to FE and employment.
The context and focus of this project was on staff mobilities for Adult Education provision within Donegal ETB. As a first time applicant, the project aimed to develop capacity building for future experiences, exchanges and network connections for building partnerships. Courses/Training and Job Shadowing were planned to provide staff with opportunities to explore areas of best practice in relevant areas of Adult Education.
