Our objectives are to enhance non-teaching staff's professional capabilities, empower learners through international experiences, empower teaching staff with fresh skills, methods, approaches, and to broaden our international network. These aims align with our organisational needs, fostering sustainable growth, inclusivity, and enriched learning experiences.
We applied for this project to fulfil the needs of our organisation, teaching staff, and learners. For the organisation, the project addresses the demand for capacity building in team management and community engagement.
