we aimed to strengthen our students’ professional competences in the tourism sector by providing real work-based learning experiences. The project focused on improving practical skills in hospitality and culinary fields, enhancing English language proficiency, and developing effective customer communication abilities, ultimately supporting students’ transition into employment and increasing their readiness for the labour market.
Our project was developed to respond to these identified needs by integrating work-based learning through international mobility. By placing students in real professional environments, the project aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical education and labour market expectations, while also strengthening their employability, adaptability, and confidence in an international setting.
