The main objectives were: to promote students' engagement and interest in studying through on-the-job internships; improve the employability of recent graduates by reducing skills mismatch in green and digital sectors; enhance staff competences by introducing innovative and experiential teaching methodologies (r instance PBL, Action Maze, simulated enterprise); and optimize international project management and networking capabilities.
Liceo Statale A. Serpieri in Rimini addressed the need to innovate its various educational offer by strengthening hard, soft, digital, and green skills of students and teaching staff. The school context required actions to counter student disengagement, improve academic performance, and align training with a labor market focused on ecological and digital transition, thus overcoming the skills mismatch observed among recent graduates.
