Concrete and significant results were achieved through the implementation of the project. Firstly, efforts were made to develop specific technical and professional skills that are applicable in the workplace. At the same time, work was done to strengthen language skills and soft skills such as communication, collaboration, and autonomy. The ultimate goal was to better prepare students, making them more motivated and competitive for their future careers.
The project arose from the students’ need to apply the theoretical knowledge acquired during their school career. Experiencing new contexts and interacting with professional, cultural and linguistic environments improved their communication skills and enhanced their confidence and adaptability.By being placed in stimulating and diverse settings and actively participating in daily professional activities, the students developed soft skills that are increasingly in demand in today’s labour market.
