By means of mobility experience students, teachers and the whole school staff will be allowed to come into contact with a new cultural and professional environment, cooperate with people who have a different background, experiment innovative techniques, implement their communicative competences from an inclusive perspective, develop their own creativity. Doing so, they will be able to contribute to a new school model which may truly meet the demands of the modern world.
In a more and more globalized and interwoven world it is necessary to give a contribution to innovating school education and training, in order to create a direct connection with the labour market by means of internationalisation strategies which may increase the students' future opportunities. We maintain that all young students should be allowed to find their life path through experiences which may add value and develop the talents they possess.
