The first objective is to train teachers on innovative teaching methodologies for building disciplinary, transversal and digital skills. The second is to implement students' technical and citizenship skills to avoid the risk of implicit school dropout. The third is to broaden the skills of graduates acquired during their education to prevent skill mismatch. The fourth objective is to stipulate agreements with European companies for the activation of PCTOs abroad.
The "Future in VET" project represents an opportunity for the Majorana High School to qualitatively increase its action. In particular, the mobility reserved for students and recent graduates will represent professional opportunities that will make it possible to respond to the skill mismatch. Staff Mobility will constitute an opportunity for professional updating and will allow the school, thanks to the adaptation of the methodologies learned to the context, to raise the quality of VET offer.
