The project aimed to improve the quality of the learning environment, making it more effective and motivating for both students and staff. It sought to strengthen both students’ technical and soft skills and to develop their linguistic and communication abilities in an international context. It also aimed to support the professional growth of staff members and to reinforce CIAC’s network of European partners for future collaborations.
CIAC is a consortium accredited by the Regione Piemonte for VET, Guidance, and Employment Services. It operates in the fields of Vocational Schooling, Continuing and Corporate Training, and Employment Services, offering IeFP programmes for young people aged 14–24 in the areas of Mechanics, ICT, Beauty and Wellness, and Food Service.The project was created to strengthen the European dimension of CIAC’s training offer, promoting mobility as a tool for professional growth, inclusion and innovation.
