Objectives

The project aims to: • expand the educational offer on the topics of twin transition in the tourism and gastronomy sectors, through work-based experiences abroad, thus increasing the employability of students (with particular reference to those attending the last class); • increase awareness of the opportunities offered by European citizenship; • improve the quality of teaching on the topics of twin transition and inclusive learning methodologies.

Background

With this project, the Institute aims to enhance its educational offer on the twin transition in the tourism and food & wine sectors, seizing opportunities provided by the Erasmus program. Through work-based mobility abroad, students will develop green, digital, and soft skills. Job shadowing abroad will enable teachers to update themselves on this topic and on inclusive teaching methods. Lastly, the theme of European citizenship will be explored within the Institute by external experts.
