The goal is to raise the qualitative and professional level of students and staff through four actions: 1) professional development on STEM guidelines and career guidance; 2) enhancement of linguistic, communicative, and intercultural skills; 3) implementation of internships focused on sustainable business, and the blue and green economy; 4) promotion of the CLIL methodology. I.T.S. 'A. Bianchini' has 50 years of experience in technical education (Administration, SIA, Tourism, Chemistry). With 700 students (aged 14-20), 130 teachers, and 30 staff, we focus on sustainability and digital skills. Many students come from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds or are foreigners (7%). We support participants with fewer opportunities through integration, self-entrepreneurship, and the strengthening of language and economic skills for the labour market
