The project aimed to enhance the employability and academic success of thirty students through the development of professional, microlinguistic, and digital skills. Objectives included the growth of soft skills for active citizenship, the adoption of sustainable lifestyles and the internationalisation of the institute by consolidating collaborations with local and foreign enterprises in Germany, Spain and Ireland.
The IS Galiani da Vinci is a technical institute in Naples founded in September 2025 from the merger of two historic local institutions. The merger has expanded the catchment area and the training offering. The project is set in a complex urban context, where the Erasmus+ VET represents a crucial tool for social redemption, combating dispersion and equity, ensuring inclusive mobility and significantly increasing opportunities for integration into the local labour market.
