The main goals of the project are: -To improve our students' practical and professional skills, including those with fewer opportunities, through work-based learning experiences; -To improve our students' language skills in English. -To improve the levels of intercultural competences and active citizenship of our students. -To improve our students' digital and "green" skills. -To promote the professional development of teachers and managerial staff.
The project application meets the need to implement effective actions aimed at ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education, promoting continuous learning opportunities for all, especially for the students with fewer opportunities to prevent school dropout and ensure educational success for all the students. To reach this goal, it's also necessary to promote the professional development of the teaching and managerial staff through job shadowing experiences abroad.
