The TECH-BRIDGE VET project aims at contributing to reduce the skills mismatch in the mechanical engineering sector with regard to technical profiles (in particular maintenance technician and numerical control machine operator), by fostering dialogue between schools and enterprises, updating school curricula on the basis of emerging labour market demands, and enabling SMEs to find candidates with the right technical skills.
