Our primary objectives for implementing this project are to elevate the skill level and training of our music trainers, particularly in areas such as language proficiency, music therapy, group management, and vocal health. We aim to make our choir more inclusive and appealing to a wider audience, including underrepresented groups. By doing so, we seek to enhance the quality of our music education programs, making them more effective and accessible, and to foster a more inclusive community.
We applied for this project to address the need for enhanced inclusivity and diversity in adult music education. Our organization recognizes the importance of integrating various social groups, including migrants, women, the elderly, and people with disabilities, into musical activities. This project aims to break down cultural, linguistic, and social barriers through music, fostering a more cohesive and inclusive community.
