The G.E.D.I.S.S. project aims to promote gender equality, increase the employability of disadvantaged women, encourage environmental sustainability, and enhance digital literacy and soft skills. Key objectives include reducing gender stereotypes, providing training support for employment access, integrating sustainable practices, and developing digital and interpersonal skills. We aspire to create a replicable model for a more equitable society.
We have created the G.E.D.I.S.S. project to address complex challenges such as gender inequality, low employability of disadvantaged women, the urgency of environmental sustainability, and the need to promote digital skills and soft skills. Recognizing the importance of an integrated approach to tackle these issues, we aim to create innovative solutions that can have a significant impact on society, promoting inclusion and equality.
