We operate in a rural setting in central Abruzzo, where 95% of students and trainers have language difficulties, particularly English. It is still difficult to integrate foreigners, and there are still barriers between them and native speakers, because civic and social skills are low, as is active participation. From this perspective, existing local networks must also be better leveraged from a European perspective.
