The project had 2 main objectives: 1. to develop soft skills and promote ongoing and innovative education; 2. to offer adults better learning opportunities to encourage processes of inclusion, gender and social condition equality, and participation in political and economic life. The entertainment sector is highly attractive for young people and adults who can find in it opportunities to develop their personality and integrate with global contexts.
This project aimed to build on the experiences already undertaken by CAF in the field of European mobility, as well as the needs identified in our territory, but also at a general level in Tuscany, in sectors with a strong European focus, such as the entertainment industry in general (dance, music, theater, cinema). Adult education with an EU focus has helped to crown and strengthen an already successful experience and, above all, is helping new talent find better learning opportunities.
