The three main objectives of our project are: - Improve organizational, project management and "green" competences of our administrative and management staff(to modernize CPD, to implement EU projects, to improve eco competences) - Improve educational management competences of our director of studies and academic manager(to modernize curricula, to facilitate cross-training) - Expand horizons and key competences of our students through international experiences(language and transversal skills)
We want to transform our school into an international education institution with business practices and educational programs suitable for 21st century learners, their learning styles and needs. We would like to build our school's capacity, resilience and adaptiveness by enhancing competences of our admin and management team, who will in turn gain knowledge and skills necessary to facilitate such transformation in short, medium and long term.
