This project aims to positively influence the lifelong education of personnel in order to positively influence the quality and innovativeness of the educational and digital activities offered. The training experiences have been selected within 5 areas: language, digital, STEM, sustainability education, work climate, and the objectives are collectively defined by giving preference to mobility of staff with fewer opportunities or no previous experience
Staff training is an essential element of human capital development and company innovativeness. The European dimension of learning has always been the prime opportunity to increase knowledge and engage with practices of excellence. However, the last KA1 mobility was carried out in 2020 imposing the cancellation or online reconversion of mobilities influencing the choice to prefer, this time, a in-person mobilities within this project proposal.
