Develop English language skills in the association's operators such as volunteers, educators, etc. to be able to exchange good practices with European partners. Promote the mobility in Europe of staff and volunteers involved in the Education of Adults with Disabilities to promote inclusion and social cohesion. Create a network of organizations for the development of European projects to identify best practices to be used for the training of adults with disabilities.
Il Giardino dei Bucaneve intends to improve the staff and volunteers skills by taking part in an E+ KA1 Adult Education mobility project, this will contribute to the improvement of skills and abilities of adults with disabilities. The mobility of staff and volunteers contributes in particular to the improvement of language skills to ensure better communication in the European context by participating in projects E+ KA2 for exchange of good practices.
