IIE plans to overcome the issue of skill mismatch among its staff members and teachers and to address needs in terms of skill empowerment, personal development and social inclusion, networking and intercultural competence. The project objectives are: Skill Empowerment for Trainers, Teachers and Volunteers; Personal Development and Social Inclusion; International Networking with Like-Minded Organisations; Improved Intercultural Awareness and Competence.
IIE is commited to enhance its international dimension, to overcome the issue of skill mismatch among its staff members and teachers, mostly active as volunteers. The organisation plans to support international mobility, networking and training of its active staff members and teachers, beneficial for the whole organisation. A need analysis has identified a constant need of skill empowerment and internationalisation, but also of social inclusion, networking, intercultural competence.
