The Erasmus+ project aims to enhance the educational offering and support teachers. Through international mobility, students develop linguistic, social, and active citizenship skills by immersing themselves in European cultures, strengthening key soft skills such as "learning to learn." For teachers, the exchange of best practices in adult education improves teaching methodologies and teamwork, making the Institute a point of reference for the region.
The project is aimed at a vocational school offering adult education courses. The target audience is highly diverse, including adults, precarious workers, the unemployed, foreign citizens, and young mothers. Many students live in vulnerable sociocultural environments and see their diploma as a means of socioeconomic redemption. In this context, the school's goal is twofold: to ensure a solid academic education and to promote social inclusion by breaking down barriers and prejudices.
