The three main objectives we had set at the time of the project submission have been fully achieved. We successfully strengthened the skills needed to continuously engage adults in the activities promoted by the association, improved the green competences of our staff and their ability to transfer them to participants, and provided our team with the opportunity to interact with other cultures, enhancing intercultural communication also in English.
Novara Europa Association, active in promoting European citizenship, has identified environmental issues as key to fostering citizen engagement. Post-pandemic, its goal is to strengthen staff skills to increase engagement by 25% within five years. Although familiar with Erasmus+, the Association has never benefited from mobility and now seeks international training experiences to improve the quality and impact of its activities.
