The project aimed to improve the quality of adult education provision through the professional development of staff members. The main objectives were the adoption of innovative and inclusive teaching methodologies, the strengthening of digital and language competences, the comparison with European education systems and the enhancement of the link between education, professional skills and employability.
ITET Bramante Genga in Pesaro is a technical and vocational upper secondary school that includes an adult education pathway (evening courses), addressed to adult learners with heterogeneous backgrounds. The project arose from the need to strengthen the professional competences of teaching staff involved in adult education, within a context characterised by flexible learning paths, recognition of prior learning and a strong link with the labour market.
