The project aimed to strengthen the competences of technical/administrative staff and teachers in emotional education through participation in a training mobility activity. Participants acquired tools to develop interdisciplinary learning units integrating empathy, emotions, and student engagement. The objective was to improve the quality of learning and innovate the educational offer for adult learners.
The CC operates in a context (Amantea, CS) with limited learning opportunities for adults and staff, alongside growing needs related to motivation, inclusion, and socio-emotional competences. We work with adult learners of different ages and backgrounds, often with discontinuous educational pathways. The mobility responded to these local needs by enabling staff to acquire emotional education teaching tools to be applied in the centre’s activities and shared with the local community.
