1) develop a subsection inside ICC website dedicated to the topic of regeneration by structuring the materials already published around the issue and incrementing them with new ones produced during the mobility; 2) co-create an handbook about innovative model of labour organisation to support the association in the development its internal structure; 3) map practices of social-innovation in Greece; 4) better including people with fewer opportunities in mobility activities.
First of all, we applied for this project to increase the learning opportunities of our staff, particularly around the topic of regeneration and non-authoritative self-organised models of labour organisation. Secondly, we wanted to allow our members, in particular those with fewer opportunities, to experience a mobility activity abroad. Finally, we wanted to strengthen our connections with the hosting organisation and extend our partnership to another Eu country.
