The objectives: - understand the roles of the various European institutions and how they operate - know the founding values of the Council of Europe, structures and hierarchies - deepen the work of the cultural part of the CoE - through the transmission of the most important projects in the history of the CoE and the most recent ones - being able to talk about the planning capacity of Pro Loco Novara and attempt to insert future planning into a broader
This mobility project is strongly intended to bring the European institutions (in this case the Council of Europe) closer to the members and volunteers of Pro Loco Novara, a small territorial association. This attitude can help to integrate and interact with French colleagues in mutual future projects.
