The project aimed to improve the linguistic, digital, practical and soft skills of adult learners with difficulties entering or re-entering the labour market. Through training and mobility in Malta and Spain, participants developed communication, teamwork and problem-solving competences to enhance their employability and European awareness.
Cultura e Dintorni is an Italian vocational training organisation accredited by the Region of Puglia and the Ministry of Labour (MLPS) for employment intermediation.
