Implementing this Short Term Mobility project we want to achieve concrete results for our Public authority as: - background comparison between Bologna/Italian context and the one of the identified Best practice - in-depth knowledge of the management strategies, methodology used, multiple skills training, strength and weaknesses - key competences needed to implement and pilot the lessons learned in the local context of Bologna
ASP Città di Bologna, as Public company for Welfare of the Municipality, wish to have the opportunity to learn from the organisational strategies, methodologies applyed, skills and background of some of the EU recognized “Best Practices” in different fields that are particularly challenging for Bologna in this period. The professional teams involved will be multi-disciplinary and with different level on responsibility in ASP to foster inclusion and mutual learning processes.
