Objectives

Through the project, Mirmica aimed to oGer accessible, high-quality opportunities for professional development to its trainers, with a particular focus on those at risk of work-related burnout. The project also aimed to expand local and European networks and promote internal support and cohesion through exchange meetings and shared research, contributing to increased organisational sustainability, levels of participation, innovation in local projects and territorial impact.

Background

Since 2008, Mirmica has been working in the contexts of people at risk of social exclusion through participatory somatic and artistic practices. European exchange activities have always played a significant role in its history. The ‘Nurturing’ project was launched to help consolidate its identity as a training organisation with an international focus, capable of supporting the professional and personal development of its staG and promoting care practices for individuals and communities through the arts.
