Our goal was to strengthen the competencies of our staff in the areas of adult education and labour inclusion through job shadowing experiences in Germany, Spain, and France. We aimed to enhance our team’s skills as well as the quality and impact of the services and projects we provide to our beneficiaries, particularly those from vulnerable groups. In addition, we sought to expand and reinforce our international partnerships and the exchange of best practices.
Arci Solidarietà, active in Rome since 1995, promotes rights and social inclusion through reception, guidance and training programmes for vulnerable people. The job shadowing experiences in Germany, Spain and France strengthened staff competences in adult education and labour inclusion, enhancing the organisation’s capacity to effectively respond to the social needs and consolidating a European network for the exchange of good practices.
