The COMunicazionE Aperta - A Vocabulary for Aphasia (COME) project's main objective is to provide more effective communicative support for people with aphasia, to help individuals with this condition interact and communicate with the external environment, avoiding situations of marginalization and social exclusion. To break down these communication barriers, the project partnership proposes a training course offered with digital tools and practical concepts.
