Objectives

The 2024 KA151 project included 4 Professional development activities, 2 Youth exchanges, 2 Preparatory visits online. The activity plan intended to pursue the achievement of the objectives of the accreditation plan: ● O1-YOUTH WORK EMPOWERMENT: to share good practices, develop new pedagogical approaches, working methodologies and foster greater recognition of youth work-YW at EU level. The working tools were constantly adapted to the needs of the beneficiaries, in order to respond to needs and learning styles. The activities were conceived as an interactive space for participants to test, evaluate and update educational tools and pedagogical approaches based on the specificities of the realities of origin, to then readapt/re-propose them in different national and local contexts ● O2-INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE AND NETWORKING: to expand the network of collaborations with both international and local organizations, strengthen the quality in the implemented actions, fostering networking and the exchange of good practices. This to respond to the emerging needs from the phases following the pandemic: 1. return to local territories, strengthening already existing synergies and creating new ones; 2. create new collaborations with EU associations and realities; 3. expand the pool of reached beneficiaries, also involving young people who do not have access to the E+ program. ● O3-YOUTH EMPOWERMENT AND ACTIVE PARTICIPATION: to provide young people with spaces for expression, discussion, socialization and learning, where they can acquire knowledge, develop competences and discuss daily life topics. To guarantee a real empowerment of the participants, with particular attention to young people at risk of exclusion and who do not have access to mobility activities ● O4-AWARENESS RAISING ON SOCIALLY RELEVANT TOPICS: to counter racism and discrimination (sexism, ableism), promoting solidarity and social cohesion. All implemented activities included an extensive coverage of the topics and awareness raising on inclusion, interculturality, human rights, participation, environment and sustainability. Following careful monitoring of the activities and the number of participants involved, conducted through the BM, a residual availability of resources emerged. After an internal evaluation and an accurate forecast of the costs for the activities still to be implemented, the consortium and the coordinating association seized the opportunity to propose the expansion of the number of activities. Three requests were submitted and approved by the National Agency for Youth, on 18/07/2025, 01/10/2025 and 13/04/2026. Consequently, the plan of activities effectively implemented was the following: ● 8 Professional development activities ● 4 Youth exchanges ● 4 Preparatory Visits The project allowed the implementation of 2 macro-actions, 2 trainings, 1 workshop, 2 job shadowings and 1 study visit and networking event, with the following specific objectives, connected to the already mentioned objectives: ● MOSAIC Interactive Tools to Promote Inclusive Approaches among Teenagers: to develop skills and competences for working with teenagers, promoting the fight against discrimination among young people ● MIME Multiple Identities, Multiple Experiences through Non Formal Education and Clowning: to develop tools and methodologies for youth workers, educators and group leaders to raise awareness among young people on gender issues ● PIRATEs Pedagogical Approaches, Intercultural Learning and Raising Awareness Tools in Europe: to develop tools and methodologies for facilitators and trainers, useful to promote active participation of young people and inclusion ● CAPOEIRA Body Movement and Non Formal Education to Promote Intercultural Learning: to develop skills and competences to promote intercultural learning among young people at local, national and EU level, through non-formal education (NFE) and the art of capoeira ● MELTING PoTs Educational Approaches and Sustainable Tools for Youth Projects: to develop NFE approaches, practices and tools to develop awareness on sustainability within mobility projects aimed at young people and youth workers ● JOB SHADOWING – Networking Inclusive Europe: to develop skills, transversal and technical competences for workers of the involved associations who manage volunteering, mobility, Erasmus+ and ESC activities of the consortium's associations ● JOB SHADOWING – Fair of Competences: to develop skills, transversal and technical competences for workers of the involved associations who manage mobility and E+ activities of the consortium's associations ● Study Visit and Networking Event: to consolidate existing partnerships through meetings and workshops with network partners and develop new E+ project designs with potential "third countries not associated" partners.
