The objectives of our Erasmus+ project were diverse and structured around a set of key concepts that guided its design and implementation. -Personal development: We aimed to create a safe and stimulating environment to foster personal growth. Participants were encouraged to explore self-awareness, resilience, and emotional well-being by reconnecting with their bodies, emotions, and the surrounding natural environment. -Relational skills: We worked to strengthen interpersonal skills through experiential activities that promoted empathic communication, trust-building, and collaboration, integrating bodywork and interpersonal connection. Our goal was to foster meaningful relationships and a strong sense of community. -Well-being and self-awareness: Our objective was to awaken participants' inner potential, improve their mental and physical well-being, promote mindfulness and emotional intelligence, and provide them with practical tools to face contemporary challenges with greater awareness and authenticity. -Empowerment: Through body expression, interpersonal connection, and immersion in nature, we aimed to support both individual and collective empowerment. We encouraged participants to explore their inner resources, build self-esteem, and develop a sense of personal responsibility. -Youth-led participation: We promoted active involvement of young people in the project by engaging them in planning, organizing, and even facilitating some activities. This approach was intended to support youth in becoming proactive changemakers in their communities. -Environmental awareness: We aimed to enhance participants’ ecological awareness and understanding of the interconnection between humans and nature. Through workshops and outdoor activities, we promoted a sense of environmental responsibility. -Practical skills: The project aimed to provide participants with practical tools and skills related to well-being, self-awareness, and sustainability, helping them lead healthier and more conscious lives, both personally and within their communities. -Reflective practice: We introduced reflective and critical thinking practices to help participants analyze their individual and collective experiences, promote intercultural dialogue, and support inclusion through artistic and creative expression. -Networking and collaboration: We worked to facilitate networking and collaboration among participants, encouraging group work, idea exchange, and the creation of a support network that could extend beyond the project's duration. -Long-term impact: We aimed to generate lasting impact by laying the foundation for sustainable personal and community development, equipping participants with the skills and awareness to make meaningful changes in their lives and surroundings. -Inclusive learning: Finally, we wanted to create an inclusive learning environment where young people from different cultural backgrounds could share their perspectives, strengthen intercultural dialogue, and develop collaborative and relational capacities.
