The project “Enhancing Youth Work with D.E.O.R Practices” was designed to strengthen youth workers’ competences in managing and valorising project results through the use of the D.E.O.R. strategy The main objectives were: 1) Increase awareness among youth workers about the importance of the D.E.O.R. strategy and provide them with practical knowledge on how to implement it. 2) Support participants in developing concrete skills to integrate dissemination and valorisation practices into their future projects. 3) Turn project results from static products into dynamic tools for social change, through creative, innovative and inclusive use. 4) Foster dialogue and transnational exchange, creating a safe space where youth workers from different backgrounds could share experiences, challenges and good practices. 5) Build sustainable networks, encouraging long-term cooperation among organisations and strengthening their collective capacity to generate impact in their local communities. Through an 8-day intensive training course, based on non-formal and participatory learning methodologies, the 31 youth workers involved acquired competences that can be directly applied in their daily work. The project contributed to improving the quality of European youth projects by promoting a more effective and conscious approach to dissemination and valorisation of results, thus fostering a positive and lasting impact on local communities and on youth work at European level.
