Objectives

The project was designed to enhance the awareness of young people (aged 18 to 30) about their socio-educational competences, to promote both theoretical and practical knowledge of socio-educational animation, to spread non-formal education methods, and to build an active network of young youth workers at national and international level. Through an intensive training process, participants had the opportunity to explore and experiment with tools and approaches of non-formal education, reflect on their educational role, and exchange practices and experiences from diverse cultural backgrounds. The project fostered the development of new competences, encouraged teamwork and peer learning, and strengthened not only the individual growth of participants but also the operational capacity of the involved organizations. Its impact went beyond the individual dimension, contributing to the visibility and recognition of socio-educational animation at local, national, and European levels, in line with the values and priorities of the Erasmus+ Programme and the European Solidarity Corps. The network built during the project remains active, demonstrating the sustainability and relevance of the shared experience.
