WE TOO! stems from the idea that today, for the younger generation, participation is not measurable through voting percentage or political party membership, but has taken other forms, far removed from traditional methods. The project aims to enable young people to develop critical consciousness and understand the motivations and impact on society of past and current struggles, uprisings and protests with regard to discrimination, environmental justice and labor. The goal is to engage youth in participatory activities intended as an antidote to marginalization, injustice, violence and all forms of prevarication and oppression. Another goal of the project is to participate in a more inclusive, democratic and active society by providing spaces for study and reflection and tools for understanding Vicenza, Rimini, national and European society.
