Disasterpiece! aims to create the beta version of a TOOLKIT composed of multimedia, digital and innovative tools that Youth Workers can use to improve their coaching of all those young people who are experiencing or have experienced, a destructive failure at work, training or relational level, helping them to transform it into an opportunity for growth and evolution.
