Implementing the project aims to provide Ukrainian refugee women with new perspectives, strengthen their self-efficacy, and facilitate their integration into society and the labor market. The project seeks to equip participants with tools and strategies to better recognize and utilize their potential. Through coaching, reflective formats, and a structured curriculum, the project helps them overcome mental barriers, explore career alternatives, and expand their scope of action and thought. Practical support is offered to understand their diverse perspectives and encourage open communication both internally and with others. Concrete steps are taken to foster greater independence and self-determination. In the long term, the project is designed to provide immediate support for these women and the empowerment to independently start and pursue new paths. The project encourages ongoing communication in both the existing group of participants and new networks, enabling the exchange and expansion of their perspectives over time.
In response to the ongoing war in the Ukraine and the diminishing prospects of return for those affected, we became aware of SKS, an organization dedicated to integrating individuals impacted by this crisis. We initiated this project to create new opportunities for Ukrainian refugee women in Liechtenstein. Our assessment revealed that many of these women face significant uncertainties, including language barriers, limited professional opportunities, and challenges in maintaining contact with their home country. These external pressures are often overwhelming and can be mentally confining. Based on this understanding our motivation is to guide these women towards new perspectives through training, individual coaching, and reflective tools. Our goal is to foster greater integration and enhance equal opportunities. The project aims to strengthen self-efficacy, present new perspectives, and promote sustainable thinking in various directions. Through a structured curriculum, participants receive guidance to overcome barriers more effectively and approach their future with an open mindset. The long-term impact includes increased self-confidence, improved career opportunities, and greater social participation.
