The project aimed to strengthen IVAIGO’s capacity to integrate AI into adult education. Objectives were: to introduce staff to AI tools and their safe use; to integrate at least five AI solutions into educational and organisational activities; and to support innovation in teaching, project management, and communication. The project also sought to increase participants’ digital competence, language skills, and international collaboration experience.
Asociacija IVAIGO is a Lithuanian NGO working in adult education, digital skills, and inclusion. Before the project, staff identified gaps in knowledge about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its safe use in education and business. Surveys and needs analysis showed a strong demand for training in AI tools to modernise teaching methods and strengthen organisational capacity. Erasmus+ mobility provided the opportunity to gain this expertise internationally.
