An Erasmus+ project is an opportunity to make a significant step from a local organisation to a European one. For us, it would be an opportunity for new quality, knowledge and competences. For our staff, it is a consolidation, validation and updating of their professional qualifications. It is also a means of maintaining the emotional and psychological well-being and satisfaction of employees. These factors lead to an improvement in the quality of work, diversification of services and training,
NTAC Korys has never applied or participated in an Erasmus+ KA1 project. This is the first attempt to join European adult education activities. We realised that it is difficult to achieve the desired results by working only at local level. A broader, European vision is needed and the organisation aims to make the staff happy with the process and the results. Sharing experiences locally is not enough. Experiences are similar, possible changes are not significant. The project is a step forward.
