Main goal – to enrich adult educators’ digital competences through international cultural and linguistic experience by integrating digital tools into the educational process. Objective 1 – to apply ICT and improve adult education methods. Objective 2 – to incorporate an intercultural dimension into adult education by developing transversal competences, with a particular focus on English language skills.
Various music education programs for children and adults are implemented at the school. Since 2005, international projects for adults have been carried out annually; however, it has been observed that teachers and adult educators tend to focus primarily on professional qualifications, while giving less attention to digitalization and the English language. Therefore, the 2024–2026 Strategic Plan includes directions for improving effectiveness in these areas.
