We want to strengthen and develop the andragogic competences of adult educators who work with communities, allowing to effectively develop the ecological awareness of communities and form an ecological worldview.
During the discussions, the possibilities of GreenComp and the Center to contribute to its implementation were discussed. During these discussions, unexploited opportunities in strengthening the ecological behavior and awareness of communities were revealed, but at the same time, challenges related to the lack of competences in educating communities were also discussed.
