To renew and acquire new effective, modern communication methods, self-knowledge, coaching, leadership, and social entrepreneurship training skills that will help us interest and attract more adults to expand their knowledge in nonformal activities, and support adult learners' initiatives to achieve personal and professional goals and participate in lifelong learning activities. We will share the gained experience with the social partners of the district, the country, and the EU.
With an increasing number of older, less motivated, lower self-esteem, disabled, or socio-economically disadvantaged people, our goal as non-formal education providers is to engage them in lifelong learning activities. In the process of constant change, there is a natural need to renew effective communication, coaching, leadership, and social entrepreneurship training tools to attract individuals and groups of individuals, support their initiatives, and achieve personal and professional goals.
