The project aimed to strengthen the pedagogical competences of Robotikos mokykla staff working in adult education. The objective was to improve the quality, relevance and inclusiveness of non-formal training by applying innovative adult learning methods, better group management and learner-centred approaches, benefiting both educators and adult learners.
Robotikos mokykla is a Lithuanian non-profit organisation founded in 2012, providing non-formal adult education in technology, including robotics, programming, 3D printing and artificial intelligence. The KA122-ADU project addressed the organisation’s need to strengthen pedagogical competences of its technology-focused staff. Mobility activities improved adult learning methods and were integrated into regular training practice, increasing quality and inclusiveness.
